汪汪乐园(以下简称"我们"或"本应用")尊重并保护您的个人隐私。本隐私政策说明我们收集、使用、存储和保护您个人信息的方式。

一、我们收集的信息

1. 您主动提供的信息

账号信息:用户名、密码(以哈希方式存储,我们无法查看您的明文密码)
第三方登录信息:如您通过 Google 或 Apple 账号登录,我们会获取您在这些平台的用户 ID、邮箱、昵称和头像 URL
游戏内昵称、狗狗名称、聊天内容、评论、举报内容

2. 自动收集的信息

设备信息:设备型号、操作系统版本、语言、平台标识
服务日志:登录时间、IP 地址、错误日志(仅用于故障排查,90 天后删除)
游戏数据:游戏进度、道具、狗狗属性、对战记录(用于游戏功能本身)

3. 我们不收集的信息

位置信息(GPS/定位)
通讯录、相册、摄像头、麦克风数据
广告标识符(IDFA)/ 追踪数据

二、我们如何使用这些信息

提供、维护、改进游戏服务
账号识别、防止重复注册和作弊
处理内购订单和售后
玩家之间的社交互动(聊天、赠送、拜访)
违规内容处理和用户举报响应
客服支持和故障排查

三、信息共享

我们不出售、不出租您的个人信息给任何第三方。仅在以下情况下,信息会传递给必要的服务方:

五、数据存储与保留

数据存储位置:中国大陆(阿里云 / 腾讯云区域)
账号数据:您注销账号前一直保留
聊天记录:保留 90 天
日志:保留 90 天

六、您的权利

查看数据:通过游戏内"设置"→"账号"查看
修改数据:游戏内自主修改昵称、头像等
删除账号:游戏内"设置"→"账号安全"→"删除账号",或发邮件至 support@cozywoof.com。账号进入 30 天宽限期后彻底清除,不可恢复。
导出数据:发邮件至 support@cozywoof.com 申请,7 个工作日内提供

密码使用行业标准 bcrypt 加密存储
数据传输全程 HTTPS/TLS 加密
服务器访问严格权限控制
定期安全审计

八、政策变更

如本政策有重大变更,我们会在游戏内公告和官网通知您。持续使用本应用表示您接受更新后的政策。

Cozy Woof ("we", "us", or "the App") respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account credentials: Username and password (stored as hash — we cannot view your plaintext password)
Third-party login: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your user ID, email, display name, and avatar URL from those providers
In-app content: Nicknames, dog names, chat messages, comments, and reports

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device info: Device model, OS version, language, platform identifier
Service logs: Login time, IP address, error logs (troubleshooting only, deleted after 90 days)
Game data: Progress, items, dog stats, match records (used to power gameplay)

1.3 What We Do NOT Collect

Location data (GPS)
Contacts, photo library, camera, or microphone
Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or tracking data

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the game
Account identification and anti-cheat
Process in-app purchases and support requests
Enable social features (chat, gifts, visits)
Respond to reports and moderate user content
Customer support and diagnostics

We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Data is only shared as necessary:

4. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users 9 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents/guardians who discover their child has provided information without consent may email us for prompt removal.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Storage location: Mainland China (Alibaba / Tencent Cloud)
Account data: retained until you delete your account
Chat logs: 90 days
Service logs: 90 days

6. Your Rights

View data: In-app under Settings → Account
Modify data: Change nickname, avatar, etc. in-app
Delete account: In-app Settings → Account Safety → Delete Account, or email support@cozywoof.com. Account enters a 30-day grace period, then permanently purged. Irreversible after that.
Export data: Email support@cozywoof.com, response within 7 business days

7. Security Measures

Passwords hashed with industry-standard bcrypt
All transport encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Strict server access controls
Regular security audits

8. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced in-app and on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
