一、账号
- 您需年满 9 岁使用本应用;13 岁以下用户需在监护人同意下使用
- 您需对账号安全负责,不得转让、出售、共享账号
- 一人可注册多个账号,但禁止利用多账号进行作弊、恶意刷礼包等行为
- 我们有权在您违反本协议时暂停或终止账号
二、用户行为规范
您在使用本应用时,不得:
- 发布违法、暴力、色情、恐怖、赌博、诈骗、歧视、骚扰、仇恨言论
- 发布政治敏感、涉及未成年人不适宜的内容
- 冒充他人、传播虚假信息
- 骚扰、跟踪、诋毁其他玩家
- 使用外挂、脚本、破解版客户端
- 恶意刷屏、发送垃圾广告
- 交易账号、代练、代充值(违反苹果条款)
- 逆向工程、破解、修改客户端
零容忍机制:任何针对未成年人的不当内容或行为,一经发现立即封号并配合执法。
三、举报与处理
- 每条聊天消息、评论均可举报
- 玩家可屏蔽其他玩家,屏蔽后不再收到其消息
- 我们承诺在 24 小时内处理举报
- 违规内容第一次警告,第二次禁言,第三次封号
四、内购与虚拟物品
- 所有内购通过 Apple 官方 App Store 结算,受苹果《付费应用协议》约束
- 购买的钻石、金币、道具、皮肤等为虚拟物品,不可退款、不可转让、不可提现
- 特殊情况(如误购、账号被盗)可联系客服申请人工处理,以苹果政策为准
- 抽卡(Gacha)每种稀有度的概率在游戏内公示,数据真实可信
- 服务终止时,虚拟物品价值归零,不予补偿
五、知识产权
- 本应用所有内容(美术资源、代码、音乐、文本等)版权归本团队所有
- 您在游戏内创造的昵称、狗狗名、聊天内容等归您所有,但您授权本团队在游戏范围内使用、展示、审核这些内容
- 未经允许,不得复制、传播、二次创作本应用内容用于商业用途
六、免责声明
- 本应用按"现状"提供,不保证 100% 无故障
- 因不可抗力(网络故障、政府管制、自然灾害)导致的服务中断,不承担赔偿责任
- 因用户违规使用导致的损失,由用户自行承担
七、协议变更与终止
- 我们有权更新本协议,重大变更会在游戏内公告
- 您可随时删除账号终止使用(设置 → 账号安全 → 删除账号)
- 我们可在您严重违规时终止您的使用权
八、法律适用与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。争议双方应先协商解决,协商不成的,提交本应用运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

1. Account
- You must be 9 or older to use this app; users under 13 need guardian consent
- You are responsible for account security. No transferring, selling, or sharing accounts
- Multiple accounts are allowed but may not be used for cheating or exploiting rewards
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
2. User Conduct
You may NOT:
- Post illegal, violent, sexual, terrorist, gambling, fraud, discrimination, harassment, or hate content
- Post politically sensitive content or content inappropriate for minors
- Impersonate others or spread false information
- Harass, stalk, or defame other players
- Use cheats, scripts, or modified clients
- Spam or send unsolicited advertising
- Trade accounts, offer boosting services, or third-party recharge (violates Apple's Terms)
- Reverse-engineer, crack, or modify the client
Zero tolerance: Any inappropriate content or behavior targeting minors will result in immediate ban and cooperation with law enforcement.
3. Reporting & Moderation
- Every chat message and comment is reportable
- Players can block other players and stop receiving their messages
- We commit to responding to reports within 24 hours
- Warning → mute → permanent ban for repeat violations
4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
- All IAP is processed through Apple's App Store per the Apple Media Services Terms
- Gems, coins, items, and skins are virtual goods — non-refundable, non-transferable, no cash value
- Exceptional cases (accidental purchase, hacked account) can contact support; Apple's policy prevails
- Gacha odds are disclosed in-game and are accurate
- Upon service termination, virtual items have no compensation value
5. Intellectual Property
- All content in the App (art, code, music, text) is owned by our team
- User-generated content (nicknames, dog names, chat) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use, display, and moderate it within the App
- No unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial derivative work
6. Disclaimers
- Provided "AS IS", no 100% uptime guarantee
- No liability for force majeure interruptions
- Users bear their own losses from violations
7. Changes & Termination
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app
- You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Account Safety → Delete Account)
- We may terminate access for serious violations
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first attempted via negotiation; unresolved disputes go to the competent People's Court at the operator's location.
